Welcome to Austin Hill RV Park in Buda, Texas. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your stay and use of our facilities. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Your booking, check‑in, or use of the Park constitutes agreement to these Terms.
Guest: Any individual or group with a confirmed reservation or staying at the Park.
Reservation: A confirmed booking made through our website, phone, or on-site office.
Site: A designated RV parking space with utility hookups and access to Park amenities.
Operator: Austin Hill RV Park, LLC, located at 3020 Parkside Lane, Buda, TX 78610.
Booking: Guests must book via our website, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required.
Check‑In/Check‑Out: Check‑in begins at 2:00 PM Central Time; Check‑out by 11:00 AM Central Time. Early check‑in/late check‑out may be available for a fee.
Occupancy Limits: Sites accommodate up to 6 persons and 2 vehicles per site. Additional vehicles or occupants require prior approval and may incur fees.
Identification: At check‑in, Guests must present government‑issued photo ID and credit card matching the reservation.
Minimum Stay: During peak season (April 1–October 31), a two‑night minimum applies.
Rates: Site rates vary by season and amenities. Rates are published on our website and may change.
Taxes & Fees: All charges are subject to Texas state sales tax (6.25%), Hays County hotel occupancy tax (7%), and any applicable municipality taxes, per Texas Tax Code §§ 156.001–156.260. A nightly facility fee also applies.
Deposit & Payment: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is charged at booking. Remaining balance due at check‑in.
Cleaning Fee: A one‑time, non‑refundable cleaning fee applies to each reservation.
Cancellations: Full refund (less $15 processing fee) if canceled ≥7 days before arrival. Cancellations <7 days forfeit full deposit.
No‑Shows: Guests not arriving by 8:00 PM on arrival date without notice are deemed no‑shows; deposit is forfeited.
Modifications: Date or Site changes permitted subject to availability; rate differences may apply.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Guests must respect noise ordinances under City of Buda Code of Ordinances § 8.08.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the Park.
Pets: Leashed pets allowed. Owners must clean waste immediately. Service animals allowed per ADA 28 C.F.R. § 36.104.
Fire Safety: Only contained fires in designated rings. Fireworks prohibited by Texas Penal Code § 28.04.
Waste & Sewage: Use designated dump stations. Disposal of hazardous or flammable materials prohibited by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality regulations.
Amenity Use: Pools, restrooms, laundry and common areas subject to posted rules. Lifeguards are not provided—use at your own risk.
Health Guidelines: Guests must follow all federal, state (Texas Department of State Health Services), and local health mandates, including sanitation and distancing protocols.
ADA Compliance: Operator provides accessible Sites and amenities consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.). Please notify us of any special needs.
Assumption of Risk: Use of Park facilities is at Guests’ own risk. Operator is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
Insurance: Guests must carry valid RV and liability insurance covering their equipment, vehicles, and personal property.
Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its owners, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their stay, except to the extent caused by Operator’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Responsibility: Guests are liable for damage to Sites, utilities, landscaping, or equipment.
Charges: Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the credit card on file.
Personal Data: Collected in accordance with Operator’s Privacy Policy (available at our website).
Data Security: Operator implements reasonable measures to protect Guest data per Texas Business and Commerce Code Ch. 521 (Data Breach Notification).
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in Hays County, Texas.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
Operator may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will post online and take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
